KARAM Loyalty Reward Program

Note:-

1. This Rewards program is applicable only for those purchasing KARAM range of products and services directly from KARAM Authorized Channel Partners / Direct Distributors.

2. All Authorized Indirect Dealers, Retailers and Project Associates are automatically enrolled in this program once authorized certificates are issued from KARAM.

3. All Traders need to register themselves with KARAM if they wish to be a part of the Rewards program. For registration, you can call at +91 9650923900 or contact your nearest KARAM Regional Office or any Karam Sales representative. You can also register yourself on KARAM website at www.karam.in or by clicking on the link below.

4. For Invoicing done during a Month, all Sale invoices should be submitted to KARAM at the end of every Month latest by 10th of the following month. Copy of Invoices can be send through WhatsApp on +91 9650923900 or email to klrp@karam.in You can also submit hard copy of Invoices at the nearest KARAM Regional Office.

5. Sale shall be monitored by KARAM on a Monthly basis and finally compiled at the end of the financial year by the second week of April. Computed sale shall not include GST & freight amount mentioned on the Invoice.

6. KARAM shall keep you updated with your progress on a Bi‑Monthly basis. Our team shall share your total YTD (Year to Date) Sale done through email at the end of every Bi‑Month.

7. Any Sale done by the sister concerns of your company can be clubbed, provided a relevant proof of link is submitted in the beginning of the year. Owners/Directors in both /all the sister concerns / shops should be the same.

8. A final computation will be done at the end of the financial year. The Incentive earned by you will be based on the total sales done during the financial year. All registered partners who earn Incentive at the end of the year shall be informed through an email during the month of April.

9. This program cannot be clubbed or exchanged with any other prevailing Scheme / program at KARAM.

10. The incentive in the form of a Credit Note will be issued for slab‑10 and above. The credit note will be issued by KARAM Channel Partner to incentive winners.
